  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, it is handed over to the shipping carrier and cannot be modified.


🚚 SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Selected international countries

If your location is not available at checkout, shipping is not currently supported in your area.


⏳ ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times begin after processing:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

💲 SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

📍 SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

LYRLYNN BEAUTY is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect information provided at checkout

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.


📬 ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


📦 LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

  • Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier

  • LYRLYNN BEAUTY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.


🛃 CUSTOMS & DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

  • Customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer

  • LYRLYNN BEAUTY has no control over customs processing times


📩 DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

We will review and assist accordingly.
